Just a quick status update. Two new employees started this week, and they are learning quickly. The other three are becoming faster at assembly as well. Exciting times.
Today we shipped about 25 more keypads from the first wave, and we'll keep increasing production, so we can ship more per week.
This is not a precise number, as we don't produce them in exact order, but close to exact order (depending on materials), but we shipped up to about order number 43 or so. If the last digits after the dash in your order number were less than that, more likely than not, yours was shipped this week. You should have a tracking number in your email. If not, wait for next weeks update, it will likely be shipped out then.
We have a small favour to ask, though. We understand that everyone, that got an order in, is very excited and can't wait for it arrive. We would be too! But since we are a small team, we would like for you to be patient and wait for Friday status updates.
It is invigorating to receive many messages a day about when your order will be shipped from the community, as it shows that there are a lot of people who care. But every email and message about your Azeron queue takes time to answer, and we think that it would benefit us all if we could spend that time on production, software updates and growth.
In short - unless you wish to change something about your order, or you feel there is something wrong with it - please do not contact us for an update about your order.
We promise to update you every Friday on how much we have shipped, and how we are doing regarding the orders of the first wave. We won't keep you in the dark, and we'll still be as active as we are on Discord.
