Our warranty lasts 2 years for new products and 1 year for refurbished products.
Warranty is void if the keypad has been modified.
We do not cover customs and duty fees. Customs and duty fees must be covered by the customer.
Before sending the device for warranty repairs contact us at info [at] azeron [dot] eu so that we can arrange shipping. We do not cover the shipping costs if it is organized by anyone other than us.
If your keypad arrives damaged and you would like to start a claim, please send a photo of damaged package and keypad to info [at] azeron [dot] eu.
Our return policy lasts 30 days for new products and 14 days for refurbished products. You will be refunded the price of the product minus the fee for any special modifications you have requested (like a custom nameplate). We may charge a 10% fee off the refund, if the product has not been returned in the original condition and packaging. If said days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must include all hardware and components, and be in perfect condition, both cosmetically and mechanically. When returning the order, it must be in the original packaging, packaged securely.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. You may contact us to help arrange return shipping for our business rates (still covered by the customer) , if your shipping costs are too high.

IMPORTANT! When shipping the keypad (return for returns or exchange), please send the information with the tracking number and also the carrier you use (Fedex / UPS / DHL/ local mail and etc.) to our e-mail info [at] azeron [dot] eu.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We reserve the right to deny a refund on any item if the item has been altered.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
All refunds for returned products are issued within 5 business days of us receiving your return package at Kaļķu 2, Ventspils, LV-3602, Latvia and should show on your bank statement within 3-14 business days after refund has been issued.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and can't be repaired.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When shipping, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
