SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Azeron SIA uses FedEx, DHL and Latvian Post for domestic and international delivery. We use land deliveries and offer Express shipment. We ship worldwide from Latvia. Shipping price varies depending on your location and is indicated on the Checkout page.

Latvian Postal service is available for items from service parts and merchandise sections only, for combined weight up to 1kg / 2.2lbs.

Following shipping methods are available:

  • FedEx International Economy®: European Union (estimated delivery time 3-5 working days), Rest of the World (estimated delivery time 4-9 working days). Price is calculated on the checkout page after you enter your country and postal code.
  • FedEx International Priority®: European Union (estimated delivery time 1-3 working days), Rest of the World (estimated delivery time 2-6 working days). Price is calculated on the checkout page after you enter your country and postal code.
  • DHL Economy: European Union (estimated delivery time 3-5 working days), Rest of the World (estimated delivery time 4-9 working days). Price is calculated on the checkout page after you enter your country and postal code.
  • DHL Express: European Union (estimated delivery time 1-3 working days), Rest of the World (estimated delivery time 2-6 working days). Price is calculated on the checkout page after you enter your country and postal code.
  • Latvian Post: European Union (estimated delivery time 5-12 working days), Rest of the World ( estimated delivery time 9 -15 working days ) Price is calculated on the checkout page after you enter your country and postal code.

Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries. Please allow more time for delivery at busy periods.
Please note all orders will require a signature on delivery.

Attention: We do not deliver to PO Boxes and USA armed force/naval bases at this time.
We recommend you double check your address before placing an order with us as we are unable to redirect packages once an order has been processed. We forward your delivery information to the post office in the same format as we receive it from the client, therefore we accept no responsibility for any parcels that have been delivered to the wrong address.

If the client's order shipping destination is outside of European Union, customs, taxes and import duties will be levied by the client’s local government and will be the responsibility of the client.
We do not cover customs and duty fees. Customs and duty fees must be covered by the customer. Except for Argentina and Mexico, where the customs and duties fees are covered by the client during checkout.
The courier company will manage the shipment while it is in transit and will navigate it through the customs clearance process. It's important to be aware that there might be a fee associated with this service, which the courier may charge.
If you refuse to pay the imposed tax/duty OR the product returns due to absence of the recipient, full return shipping fee will be deducted from the original payment.

Because of legal restrictions we can't ship to Antilles, Cuba, India, Iran, Iraq, Crimea, Syria, North Korea, Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Cambodia, Comoros, São Tomé and Príncipe, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Yemen, Greenland, Latvia, Brazil, Russia, Belarus, Dominican Republic. All orders originating from these countries will be cancelled without prior notice.

When your order is shipped, the shipper will send you a confirmatory email with a tracking link directing you to the shipper’s website. Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.

Note: Since the Azeron keypad is assembled from 3D printed parts, you might come across a situation where, after unpacking the Azeron box, you can see a button stuck or a screw is looser/tighter than it should be. There is nothing to worry about. It is common and isn't a defect. It can happen as a result of vibration and temperature fluctuations during transportation and should be an easy fix with a little adjustment.
