Wave 1, Week 3, Tiny Delay

Hey Community,

We’ve experienced some issues in production this week, so instead of shipping on Friday, as usual, we will ship on Monday.

We tried to outsource the painting of palmrests. When they came in today, they didn’t meet our quality requirements. Thus, we will need to repaint them ourselves, and that means we need to delay shipping till Monday.

We’re sorry for the delay, but we think waiting an extra few days for a better-quality product is worth it. We do not want to deliver items that do not meet our quality standards.

On the bright side, we’ll ship out more controllers, as the ones build on Friday will be included as well. Some of you will receive them earlier than expected.
